Attorney Shelly San Martin earned her Juris Doctorate from Florida Coastal School of Law and was admitted to the Florida Bar in September 2018. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Ashford University.

Before practicing law, Shelly served in the United States Air Force for seven years. She credits her military service with instilling two qualities she brings to every case: unwavering integrity and meticulous attention to detail — values that matter deeply in immigration law where a single document can determine someone’s future.

Shelly represents clients in removal proceedings, fighting against the deportation of families.
